• Chocolate Letter box white
• Chocolate Letter box red

Step 1: Choose a chocolate letter

To decorate the chocolate letter, use a ready-made chocolate letter. The choice of letter and chocolate type is entirely up to you!

Step 2: Melt the FunCakes Deco Melts

The FunCakes Deco Melts Red and Blue can be melted in the microwave as shown on the package, or au-bain marie. For melting in the microwave, put the Deco Melts in a microwave-safe bowl and melt the Deco Melts on max 500W for 15-20 seconds. Stir the melts well every 15-20 seconds. Stop melting once the melts are almost completely melted (small pieces still visible). Then keep stirring until the melts are completely smooth.

Tip: You can of course use the other colors of FunCakes Deco Melts for decorating.

Step 3: Put the melted FunCakes Deco Melts in a piping bag.

Put the piping bag in a glass and fill the FunCakes piping bag with the melted Deco Melts. Fold the piping bag open and pour the melted Deco Melts in. Make sure the top of the piping bag is tightly closed so nothing can spill out.

Note: Do not cut open the piping bag yet, or the melted Deco Melts will spill out.

Step 4: Decorate the chocolate letters

Decorate the Saint Nicholas chocolate letters with the melted Deco Melts, for example by spraying stripes or, dots and/or adding a name to the chocolate letter.

Finish the chocolate letter by sticking the FunCakes Saint Nicholas Sugar Decorations on the chocolate letter using the melted Deco Melts. You also do this with the sprinkles.

Step 5: Enjoy your decorated Saint Nicholas chocolate letter or give it as a gift.
