250 g unsalted butter
5 eggs (approx. 250 g)

Step 1: Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F (160°C/320F for a convection oven) and grease the cake tin with FunCakes Bake Release Spray.

Step 2: Make the mix

Place the FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes, eggs, and butter in a bowl. Mix for 4 minutes on low speed. Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 55–60 minutes. Remove the cake from the tin and let it cool on a cooling rack.

Step 3: Prepare the decorations

Place the FunCakes Deco Melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave at 500W for 15–20 seconds until they start to melt. Stir and repeat until fully melted. Using a decorating brush, coat the ice cream molds with the melted Deco Melts and insert the sticks. Place the mold in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

Step 4: Fill the cakesicles

Crumble the cake and mix it with some melted white Deco Melts to form a dough. Press the dough into the ice cream molds and seal the backs with more melted Deco Melts. Refrigerate again for a glossy finish.

Step 5: Decorate

Once the cakesicles have hardened, carefully remove them from the molds. Drizzle with melted Deco Melts and sprinkle with the sprinkle medley. Attach the sugar decoration using a little melted Deco Melts as glue.
