Prepare
Bake the cupcakes, following the instructions on the wrapping. If the cupcakes aren’t flat after baking, slice off the top just above the edge of the baking cup. Coat the tops of the cupcakes with piping gel or apricot jelly.
Unroll the white fondant and cut ice crystals with a cookie cutter. Let the crystals harden for approx. 15 minutes. Place them on top of the cupcakes.
Unroll the green fondant. Cut out three stars of each size for each tree. Place them on top of each other, starting with the biggest, twisting them slightly so that the points of the stars don’t overlap.
Place the tree on the cupcake. Now, for the decorations, roll little balls of red fondant. Glue them on the trees, using the Flute/vein tool.
Tip: For the decorations you can also use FunCakes sugar pearls.
