Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
• 250 g unsalted butter
• 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)

Tools

• FunCakes Baking Cups White pk/48
• Wilton Recipe Right® Muffin Pan for 12 cupcakes
• Wilton Cookie Scoop

Step 1: Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) or 160°C (320°F) for a fan oven. Place the FunCakes Baking Cups in the Wilton Recipe Right® Muffin Pan.

Step 2: Make the mix

For 20–24 cupcakes, mix 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes with 250 g butter and 5 eggs on low speed for 4 minutes until smooth. Use the Wilton Cookie Scoop to fill the baking cups about halfway. Bake for approx. 18–20 minutes.
