These crunchy marshmallow pops have a surprising filling! Before we dipped them in the chocolate we have filled them with pieces of chocolate candy bars.

Prepare

Other materials:

  • Small Mars candy bars
  • Chopped nuts

Make the marshmallows according to the basic recipe or use readymade marshmallows.

Cut the candy bars in small pieces, so that they have the same size as the marshmallows. Cut the marshmallows in half. Place between the two part, two small pieces of candy bars and place the lollipop stick true it.

Melt approx. 170 gram chocolate melts in the microwave or au bain-marie. When it has melted well add 80 gram melts, stir it well, to let the chocolate cool down to approx. 30°C. Carefully dip the marshmallows into the chocolate and let them harden a bit.

Fill a plate with the chopped nuts and roll the marshmallows carefully true it.
