With the Colour Mill Oil Blend Grape, you can add a stunning purple hue to your cakes and bakes. The Colour Mill Oil Blend is specially formulated to mix perfectly with high-fat ingredients such as sugar, eggs, and butter. All water-based ingredients have been removed and replaced with baking-friendly oils that blend far more effectively than water-based gels (as we all know, oil and water don't mix well).

Thanks to its unique formulation, Colour Mill Oil Blends integrate seamlessly with the fats and oils in your batter, resulting in vibrant, rich, and consistent colours that won't fade. This oil works especially well in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache, and fondant. It’s also perfect for flower pastes, gumpastes, modelling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, dough, frostings, fillings, isomalt, piping gel, edible lace, and more.

Colour Mill Oil Blend allows you to colour your cakes beautifully while using less product. Its high concentration means a small amount goes a long way, giving you a more colourful result with just a tiny drop. For best results, we recommend using a cocktail stick for dosing.

There are more than 50 shades to choose from, and each bottle contains 20 ml. The bottle features a convenient squeeze nozzle for precise application. Colour Mill can also be thinned with alcohol to create edible paint. Due to the oil content, drying time may be longer than average.
