Chocolate mug cake

Other materials:

• Mug (suitable for the microwave)
• ½ banana
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon coconut
• Icing sugar

Mix 1 ½ tablespoon almond flour, ½ banana, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 5 drops of vanilla bean paste, 1 tablespoon coconut and ¼ teaspoon baking powder in a food processor and mix everything fine.

Fill the mug with the batter and place the mug in the microwave. Bake the mug cake on 800 Watt in 90 seconds. Sprinkle the icing sugar over the cake.

Serve direct.
