Other materials:
- 75 gram unsalted butter
- Egg
- Ice cream of your choice
- Chocolate sauce
Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Knead 250 g mix, 75 g butter and a half egg to a firm dough. Add the chocolate drops and knead it well. Let it stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cover the pan with the dough. Bake the bowls in approx. 12 minutes. Let the bowls cool down after baking.
Fill the cookie bowls with a scoop of ice cream of your choice and finish it with the chocolate sauce.
