• FunCakes Choco Drip Hot Pink 180 g      
• FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark 350 g
• FunCakes Choco Drip Chocolate 180 g
• FunCakes Nonpareils Lots of Love 80 g  
• FunCakes Hearts Pink-White 60 g
• FunCakes Bake Release Spray 200ml      
• 90 gram soft unsalted butter
• 2 eggs
• 12,5 ml water

Step 1: Bake the FunCakes Mix for Dark Choco Cake

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (hot air oven 150 degrees) and grease the Dr Oetker Cake pan with baking spray. Make 200g of the FunCakes Mix for Dark Choco Cake with 2 eggs, 90g butter and 12.5ml water as directed on the package.

Place the batter into the baking tin and bake the cake for about 40 minutes. Then let the cake cool in the mould for 15 minutes, then dump it onto a cooling rack to cool further.

Step 2: Make the dough for the chocolate cakesicles

Melt 125-175g of the FunCakes Chocolate Melts Pure as directed on the package. Crumble the choco cake into a bowl and knead in the melted chocolate melts. Make sure you get a consistency of cookie dough.

Step 3: Fill the ice cream moulds

Push the dough obtained into the Silikomart Silicone Ice Cream Moulds and insert ice cream sticks. Put this in the freezer overnight so they are frozen well for dipping.

Step 4: Making the cakesicles

Melt the FunCakes Choco Drip Chocolate and Hot Pink according to the instructions on the bottle. Pour the melted Choco Drip into a tall mug or tall tea glass. Carefully remove the frozen cakes from the mould and dip them in the melted Choco Drip. Repeat a second time if necessary. Allow to set in the fridge for about 5 minutes in between for a nice sheen.

Step 5: Decorate the cakesicles

Put the melted Choco Drip back into the bottles and drizzle the Choco Drips over the cakesicles. Then sprinkle the cakesicles evenly with the FunCakes Hearts Pink-White and the FunCakes Musket Seed Lots of Love. Allow the cakesicles to harden on the countertop.
