Ingredients

• 125 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
• 125 ml water
• 150 g unsalted (cream) butter

Step 1: Let the buttercream set for 1 hour

Mix 125 g of buttercream mix with 125 ml of water and let it set for at least 1 hour at room temperature.

Step 2: Add the butter to the buttercream

Whip 150 g of unsalted (cream) butter for about 5 minutes until creamy. Gradually add the buttercream mixture to the butter, mixing each portion in fully before adding the next.

Step 3: Make a smooth buttercream

Mix the entire mixture for about 10 minutes until smooth. One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake or to pipe swirls on approximately 12 cupcakes.
