Brownies

Ingredients

• 750 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie
• 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
• 80 g butter
• 160 ml water

Tools

• FunCakes Bake Release Spray 200 ml
• Patisse Ceramic Brownie Pan 28x18 cm
• Mixing bowl
• Mixer
• Filling of your choice (e.g. nuts, raisins, or chocolate)

Step 1: Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F) or 160°C (320°F) for a fan oven. Spray the Patisse Ceramic Brownie Pan (28x18 cm) with FunCakes Bake Release Spray.

Step 2: Make the mix

In a mixing bowl, combine 750 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie with the eggs, butter and water. Mix on low speed for 3 minutes until you have a thick batter. Add a filling of your choice.

Step 3: Bake the cake

Bake the brownie in the center of the oven for 45–50 minutes until done.
