Guestblog Jurino Ignacio: Unicorn Cake

Earlier this year, we started a super fun collaboration with Antilliaans Eten, the successful platform made for lovers of cooking, baking and delicious food. They made the festive mini buns with cream cheese frosting especially for Deleukstetaartenshop. For our new collaboration, Shannon, the daughter of the founders of Antilliaans Eten, got started on an Unicorn Cake in honor of her 9th birthday. Keep reading on how to make this cake!

You only turn 9 once in your life! That's why there was enough reason for Shannon, the daughter of Jurino Ignacio and Linda Terrizzi (founders of Antilliaans Eten), to celebrate with a spectacular birthday cake. Of course, this had to be a beautiful purple and blue unicorn drip cake! And preferably, Shannon made most of the cake herself ;)

In order to make the cake, Shannon got to pick the necessities herself from our webshop, and luckily there was enough to find for her unicorn theme! It had to be a tall drip cake with the FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe as a base, delicious layers of strawberry bavarois as a filling and a drip made of deco melts.
