Easily make 6 mini tartelettes with a perfect topping with this handy Kit Mini Tarte Twist from Silikomart! The kit contains a 3D mould with six cavities and a matching micro-perforated ring. The special ring is made with an innovative non-stick plastic material, perfect for homogenous oven cooking. With the 3D mould you can easily create the perfect topping for your tartelettes.

The kit is developed together with Luca Perego, a young Italian pastry chef.

The Silikomart mould is suitable for the oven, refrigerator and blast chiller. It can resist temperatures from -60°C up to 180°C. The mould is washable in the dishwasher.
