Dip a clean, dry brush into the Lustre Dust powder and carefully apply it to solid surfaces such as fondant, royal icing or chocolate. Work in thin layers and gradually intensify the colour for an even and smooth result.

For softer surfaces such as buttercream or frosting, lightly tap the dusted brush over the surface to achieve a subtle shimmer effect. For edible colour, mix the powder with a little alcohol to the desired consistency and apply with a brush.
