PME Loose Bottom Flan Pans are round fluted pans with a loose bottom. Place the pan on a jar or pan that is smaller than the opening and release the cake from the pan. The bottom plate can also be used to present your cake. Perfect for baking tarts, pies, quiches and many more.

The round cake pan is made of extra thick anodised aluminium for an excellent even heating. Seamless with straight edges. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
