Easy cake release is no longer a problem with the PME Loose Bottom Flan Pans. The pans are round fluted pans with a loose bottom, ideal for baking tarts, pies, quiches and many more. By placing the pan on a jar or pan that is smaller than the opening you easily release the cake from the pan. The bottom plate can be used to present your cake.

The pans are made from high quality anodised aluminium ensuring an even bake. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
