Glaze topping and mirror glaze
These two toppings look very similar, but they do have a slight difference. Do you want to create a nice reflective layer on top of your cake or dessert? Then use a glaze topping. Do you also want to cover the sides of your cake with a mirrored layer? Then use mirror glaze. These toppings can also be used to preserve fresh fruit on top of a fruit cake.
