How do you store icing and fondant?

Do you still have leftover icing or fondant after decorating your cake or cupcakes? In this fun and clear video, Wilton explains how to store your leftover fondant and icing for later use.

This white fondant cake with golden flowers has a delicious filling of layers crème Suisse, raspberry jelly and a touch of almond liqueur. The sponge cake, made with the FunCakes mix for Sponge Cake, was enriched by Ine using anise, pepper and cinnamon. The cake is covered with Ready Rolled Fondant Bright White by FunCakes. You can stick the fondant flowers onto the cake with FunCakes edible glue.

The mini cupcakes were made using the House of Marie Mini Baking Cups Foil Gold. You can easily make small cupcakes in combination with the Wilton Mini Muffin Pan! The cupcakes are decorated with buttercream, you can use the FunCakes mix for Enchanted Cream to make this.

This cake is made with the FunCakes mix for Red Velvet Cake, which has been dampened with rose water. The filling is a delicious cream cheese frosting.

With the FunCakes mix for Macarons you can easily make these romantic macarons. The heart-shaped macarons are made by Ine using the Silikomart Macaron Mat Heart. Colour is added to the macarons and they are sprinkled with dried rose petals. The filling is a white chocolate ganache with raspberry jelly and rose extract.
