We have some super exciting news to kick off this year's Autumn season! Deleukstetaartenshop has started collaborating with Eefje from the platform Eefsfood. We can't wait for the delicious recipes that Eefsfood is going to make especially for Deleukstetaartenshop and all of you loyal at home bakers. For now, we'll kick off the collaboration with a delicious fall cheesecake that you'll instantly want to make for yourself after reading this blog (truly!).

Coffee Cheesecake with Chocolate Chip Cookie Base
We'll kick off our collaboration with Eefsfood with a delicious autumn treat. If cheesecake, chocolate chip and coffee come together in one recipe then that can only mean one thing: a golden combination! These flavours fit perfectly into the autumn season. Can you picture yourself sitting by the fireplace with a piece of this delicious cheesecake? Because we totally can! But before we get there, we have to get started.
Although you'll have to make a trip to the supermarket for the cream cheese, low fat yoghurt and butter, you can find many of the baking supplies at Deleukstetaartenshop. For Example, Eefje has created a delicious chewy chocolate chip cookie base using our FunCakes Baking Mix for Cookies and FunCakes Chocolate Chunks White that she baked in a springform, she used a delicious vanilla flavour paste in her cheesecake filling and created beautiful autumn chocolates with this chocolate mould and chocolate melts.
