Consciously order baking supplies

Imagine this, you go to the store to buy baking supplies; you drive there with your car, use up gas and probably pay for a parking spot. Those costs will not be covered by the shopkeeper when you buy something at the store. Because that would be crazy, right? However, when shopping online it is increasingly expected that transport costs are paid for by the webshop, while packages often have to travel a long way before they're delivered. This can't be done for nothing. That's why at Deleukstetaartenshop, you pay for your own shipping when you order for an amount below €75,-. When you order for an amount that's above €75,- we'll pay for your shipping.

Order consciously

We hope to make you as a customer conscious about how often you place an order. For example, if you order baking supplies every week you could think about ordering once every two weeks. By planning ahead and taking a good look at what you need for the upcoming time, you could place an order less often and that saves you shipping costs. Besides keeping busy with this yourself, you can also be conscious with your friends, family or acquaintances. Do you know people who also bake? Try ordering together, that way you can share the shipping costs and we use less packaging material. Besides, this way we're more conscious about the environment. For example, the postal van does not have to visit your address as often, which saves a lot of emissions. 

Returns

If the products you ordered aren't up to your standards and/or you ordered something wrong, you can return it to us within 14 days. Returning a package does impact the environment, because the delivery services has unnecessarily transported products. We advise to always check your order carefully. If you're unsure about the size of your product, we almost always mention the size of the product in the description so don't forget to read the description before ordering. Additional tips are to use a ruler to estimate the size of the product or to contact our customer service.

We would like to limit the amount of returns because of the impact on the environment, this is why we let the customer pay for the returns themselves. If you want to return a product because we made a mistake, contact customer service regarding this matter so that they can see in advance what they can do for you.
