Chocolate marshmallows with raspberries

Make the marshmallows according to the basic recipe or use readymade marshmallows.
Melt approx. 170 gram chocolate melts in the microwave or au bain-marie. When it has melted well add 80 gram melts, stir it well, to let the chocolate cool down to approx. 30°C. Carefully dip the marshmallows into the chocolate and let them harden.
Full a decorating bag with two tablespoons chocolate and cut of the top. Pipe the chocolate decorations on a sheet of baking paper and let them harden.
Melt 100 gram white chocolate, at the same way as the milk chocolate. Fill a bag with the chocolate and cut of the top. Pipe squares on the with chocolate covered marshmallows. This goes easier when you prick the marshmallow on a stick/fork.
Place the chocolate decorations and the raspberries with some chocolate on the marshmallows.
